Going in for sport is very good for health. So everyone should do it. I think that physical activity helps us to keep fit and also feel cheerful. If you have intensive training you feel tired but you are not bored. You can go to the gym or to the stadium. You can find friends there and you will have a fabulous tie together. Girls are delighted with kinds of sport which can help them to be beautiful and slim like gymnastics or dancing. Boys like kinds of sport which make them strong. They also like football and hockey. In summer it is good to go running or cycling because it makes you feel full of joy.
